It would be stupid of me to assume that i am not the problem, when it comes to dealing with my so-called friends. I had pretty much smoothed things over, with my one friend (the one who called me racist, and ignored me for a week), by way of discussing the x-files, and trying to stay away from adult conversations involving anything controversial. And she and I are fine, as far as talking goes, at least when we're in class, and not around her other, obviously more important, friends. And then there's the other group of people I hang out with. People who I wouldn't consider to be as interesting as the others, but at least i know--or rather i knew, these friends would never ditch me. After changing out of my drama costume, i went to the caf, to talk to my friends. Within five minutes, they had all left. And it wasn't even the "I have an important assignment" calibur of fake reason to leave. That at least wouldn't have been quite so hurtfull. It was the "I have to go to the... uh... Jumbo Video, to get... a..... m...ag...a...zine." type. That hurt, it's when you look around, and realize that no one is even sitting at the table with you that it hits. I would like to add, as a finishing to this what-ever-the-hell-this-might-be-classified-as, a note going to all my friends at B.C.I: You guys are the best friends anyone could ever hope for... Thanks.
