Well, there is not structure to this stuff so just sit back and enjoy
Since the Grammy's have come and gone, and Big D posted that intersting article, let me talk about music. I like "The Music" and Take the Long Road and Walk it. Uh, the rest of the CD, I'll keep you posted and let you know about the rest of the CD from this band from just outside of Leeds once I can drag my ears away from that song. You know which other song rings my bell? "Is this the best it gets" by Budapest. Who is Budapest? I have no idea. Maybe you can tell me? I know that they have a new CD out on the 4th of March and that at CDNOW and HMV.com this is only CD they have. I'm guessing British but I have no idea. Oh yeah, what's the shock good CD of the moment? Let Go, the lastest CD from NADA SURF (remember the late 90's hit "popular"...sure ya do) is actually quite sassy. I'm also liking Andy Stochansky's "Five Star Motel", The Streets' "Original Pirate Material" (yes I know, so last year), and The Soundtrack of Our Lives' "Behind the Music". Yeah. Good shit that.
Okay. So I hate being sick. I hate finding myself spending an entire day either A, sleeping, or B, watching TV, but I did just that on Saturday. Sometimes I think that I want a refund in regards to my immune system. I made a 20min attempt at HW and even lifted some weights, but I think that just did me in. And now I'm coughing up shit every now and then which is never a good thing. Plus, and here's the kicker, I've "suspended cardiovascular exercise at the gym for the week in the hopes that by the time next week's workout week begins on Monday, my lungs will be better prepared for that sort of exercise". Of course, I'm going to stick with the weights because I want to at least be doing something.
Okay. For my independent study I'm doing a comparison more or less of the evolution of Pagan pleas for tolerance in the mid to late 4th century (364, 384, and 386 are the dates for the 3 pieces) and I have complete English translations for 2 of the pieces. But...for the 1st 1, this guy Themistius, I only have a portion of it translated into English. I did get a copy of the full speech but it's just in the original Greek. Fuck. This means that I have to translate it. Yeah. And I'm an expert on Greek now right? Ha! I may ask for assistance from my Greek professor.
Okay. So why am I sick? Who should I blame? I'm gonna vote for a combo of the travel and stress, the ill-prepared clothing packing in NYC, the sick folk in NYC, and the relative state of uncleanliness in my apartment. Yeah. So me!!! I blame me!!! And also, I might add that my diet has been shit lately.
Um. Yeah. I have piles of work to do and there was more but I've since forgotten and so I bid you all adieu.

I'm sick. I think it's because of that three hours of sleep that I got last week. I felt nauseous, and my throat was scratchy (but not sore), but that has progressed into a head cold. Ack. Okay, there's my whining to go along with yours. I think of sickness as a reminder: "Hey, asshole, you're not invincible. You'll die one day."

See... this is what will happen to you when there is noody to spank Bailey's ass. Actually, I'm "Someone", my brother is "Anybody". You have to be pretty low on the list to rank as "Nobody". But sometimes "Nobody" is at fault. Balls.
