Awesome is getting in the car and driving from Paris to Ancaster. Getting to the midnight screening of Star Wars, standing at the ticket ripper and watching your companion basically molest themselves because they realize that they have lost the tickets. Lost the tickets somewhere between home to car, car to gas station, gas station to car, and then to Ancaster. Sigh! Words were kept in, self imploding occured.
Moral of the story...either don't look forward to something and have expectations, or treat said companion like a baby and be in constant control.

i, myself, would have brushed it off, knowing that if i made a big deal of it, the next time i failed in being perfect, someone might be pissed at me. but that's me.

Yes I totally agree and likely would have done the same. However, I suspect you'd have to know the going on's between myself and said person. It makes all the difference.

Yes, and might I also add that getting a babysitter to look after your kids and knowing you just wasted 20 bucks is pretty special too! ;)
