It's sad to see a pub that actually cared about good beer (and somewhat ok food) go under.
It's sad to see that a place that was packed most days of the week couldn't make it.
Hopefully it'll come back with new owners that shared the same passion that it once carried...

You've had to clean up after a monkey was thrown into the gears too? We belong to a special club. This calls for beers at the Bow And... oh drat.

A place that is always packed and goes under has "poor management practices", varying from mob/gang ties, to bad investments, ignorance of bills and a strong will to spend, or monkies. You think throwing a monkey wrench in the gears is bad, throwing an entire monkey does even more damage.
