Oh The Memories... Schneider Weisse Weizenhell

I had a beer tonight. It was one of those beers that was good enough to take you back a few years.
This particular one, Paulaner Hefe-Weissbier Dunkel really brought it back. It reminded me heavily of this Schneider Wiesse Weizen that I had over 7 years ago.
That's pretty damn amazing you have to admit. What's even better is I remember the pub that I had it at in the lovely town of Halifax, Nova Scotia. I kinda miss that place. Which is also strange since I was only there for three days.
It was probably the first true real wheat beer that I had ever had in my life and that strange, now matched, flavour will always be something I remember. And now it's on tap near by. Shit.

Paulaner is a regular indulgence for me here, but I have never tried Schneider.
